This role leads Brand Management initiatives in all aspects of Financial Service’s strategic planning to ensure Financial Service’s annual/quarterly goals are met globally. This is achieved via research, planning, and alignment on marketing efforts between Marketing & Sales that support profitable business results. We are seeking a Senior Director, Brand Management to drive InComm’s Financial Services’ market position and connect it to the customer journey across each touch point while capitalizing on core product advancements. This senior level marketing role reports to the Vice President, Product Marketing and is responsible for the Vanilla consumer facing brand, including overall brand strategy, guidelines, messaging and look and feel.


  • Global Brand guardian for the Vanilla suite of products including Vanilla Gift, MyVanilla, and VanillaDirect.
  • Accountable to drive Vanilla brand awareness and consideration globally.
  • Lead Vanilla brand strategy and execute brand initiatives and brand campaigns for the product suite.
  • Ensures the brand values and guidelines are clear and followed across all channels
  • Align key Vanilla initiatives with broader InComm brand initiaitves.
  • Work closely with the regional business teams to ensure alignment.
  • Work directly with agencies and internal creative resources to execute integrated campaigns
  • Work with partners across the organization to deliver effective integrated marketing that ladders up to the evolved brand positioning.
  • Lead the Financial Services’s brand team including brand designers.
  • Be a thought leader who drives innovative marketing and creative exeuctions.
  • Closely collaborate with multiple stakeholder organizations to ensure dots are connected between customer strategies, marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Review strategy, plans and status updates with senior executives.


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field required
  • Previous experience successfully managing a global consumer facing brand
  • Has managed an internal agency and/or has experience working at an external agency in a creative/brand leader capacity
  • Has demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, previous experience in matrixed organizations is a plus.
  • Output focused, with aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive towards results.  Demonstrated organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Collaborative personality.  A positive outlook. A driven and detail-oriented nature. Has the drive to excel and thrive in a complex, and fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will possess 10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on Brand development and communications with customers online and offline.
  • Deep marketing expertise in B2C businesses and/or financial services.
