InComm is currently seeking a Manager I, BI Development to join our Business Intelligence team. The BI Team is responsible for providing data analysis and enterprise reporting to entire organization.
We have recently reorganized our BI development team to accommodate growing demand for reporting and analytics capabilities throughout the organization. The BI team is now divided into 4 groups:
The Manager I, BI Development will initially be responsible for managing the FP&A team. (Additional 2-3 reasources are exptected to be moving to the FP&A Team in the future.)
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as managing a team of at least 4-5 people. Someone who started as a developer or BI Analyst and moved into management, although this is not a hands-on technical position. Experience with managing remote resources is key as well.
