About This Opportunity

Combination of sales and inventory analytics.  Work very closely with the Senior Analyst and Account Managers to develop strategy and drive retail sales within the customer base.

Responsibilities

 

The Business Analysts is responsible for providing frequent and detailed sales analysis and forecasts for all merchants that have a relationship with InComm.  The position will work within assigned pharmacy, speciality, grocery and speciality acounts.

 

 

  • Fosters strong, productive interpersonal relationships with sales account teams.
  • Tracks sales and margin performance vs. plan figures for each account and total channel. Identify key trends and performance. Work with account team and make suggestions on partner assortment and POG efficiency.
  • Utilizes retailer specific sales and reporting tools to provide analysis by retailer. (i.e. – 10/10 for RAD and WAG SupplierNet info)
  • Develops successful internal relationships by regularly working with all project stakeholders to ensure the highest level of client service to pharmacy channel.
  • Maintains a successful working relationship with merchant teams and presents analytical insights and forecasts to merchants
  • Management of operational tasks for merchants as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 3-5 years of account management/sales/analyst experience
  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to travel by plane and by vehicle 
  • Profiecient with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlook-up, macros, formatting, etc.)
