About This Opportunity

As a Retail Fulfillment Specialist and Supply Chain professional  you will be responsible for the processing of product orders, coordinating with 3rd party warehouses, and B2B clients, and the maintenance of inventory data.  These duties will require strong analytical and organizational skills and critical attention to detail.  There are administrative components with this position which require solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word and an interest in administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Retail Fulfillment (75%):

  • Prepare and coordinate launches and distributions
  • Work with Product & Retail Executives to ensure timelines and expectations are clearly communicated
  • Attend weekly roadmap meetings to discuss product testing status, in-warehouse delivery dates, product updates
  • Attend bi-weekly account status meetings to keep updated with any plans for each retail account
  • Sending order files to 3rd party DC with all necessary info
  • Coordinate with warehouse to prioritize backorders and daily orders as necessary
  • Working with 3rd party DC for any fulfillment issues on individual orders
  • Tracking orders when necessary with the courier
  • Record and report any issues with shipping process

Order Entry Team support (10%):

  • Setting up new customers in the system for shipping
  • Process daily orders during heavy seasonal shipping periods
  • Aid in the maintenance of a clean, updated product list for order entry
  • Deal with retailer calls when required

 Admin & Backup (15%) :

  • Manage weekly address corrections from Wheels to reduce return fees
  • Record and track all inventory changes for outgoing orders
  • Follow up on inventory changes for orders (backorders, product code changes)
  • Backup for team members
  • B2B program – processing orders, invoicing, order entry
  • Any other tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented, results focused, a self-starter with strong follow up skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities
  • Motivated team player
  • Bilingual communication skills (French/English)
