About This Opportunity

InComm Digital Solutions is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as an Agile Coach, working with first-class agile development teams to help them reach their goals and continuously improve.


  • Coordinate daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, estimating/planning, and retrospectives
  • Documenting meeting minutes, status, processes, and any other project related information as needed to support business success
  • Track and provide metrics in service of the team (e.g. burn-down, burn-up, cycle time, velocity)
  • Coach the team/individuals to be more effective in their roles and as a team
  • Facilitating the team coming to agreements
  • Protect the team from outside intrusions
  • Examine failures and coach toward continuous improvement within and across teams
  • Reflect back to the team their achievements and challenges
  • Facilitate clearing of roadblocks
  • Provide value wherever possible, driven to get things done


  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead/influence individuals without direct supervisory authority
  • Served in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role for at least three years OR, alternately, at least one year of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach and two or more years working with software development teams as a team member (Software Engineer, QA professional, product ownership, etc.)
  • Experience and knowledge of facilitation strategies, conflict resolution, and team development
  • Knowledge of and experience implementing the Scrum approach, including the day-to-day duties of an Agile Coach (e.g. burndown strategies, retrospective formats, experience working with multiple Scrum management tools)
  • Balanced coaching approach that brings humility, support, and nurturing, while also focusing the team on a sense of urgency to accomplish goals and consistently improve
  • Understanding of organizational behavior and how teams work together most effectively
  • Driven for continuous improvement in yourself and your team
  • Methodical, focused, disciplined; you don’t drop the ball
  • Collaborative; communicates and works effectively with a team
