About This Opportunity

InComm EPIC (Education Partnership at InComm) interns join the workforce as integral team members with a job to do. The program is an extension of the classroom learning environment. They interact with multiple departments to gain a broad perspective on how their job supports the overall business goals of the enterprise.

 

The InComm EPIC Intern Program provides mentoring, training, and employment to undergraduate and graduate students from the rich local Atacademic community. The program cultivates students who are pursuing degrees such as technology, marketing, accounting, finance and business who can contribute their ideas now, and who may upon graduation decide to apply to InComm as a permanent resource.

Responsibilities

  • Photo review of 15% of the chain each month (~2,000 photos monthly)
  • Review data/reporting by Driveline
  • Analyze and share data for additional review, orders, Driveline follow-up with internal InComm and Driveline teams
  • Follow-up with Driveline if re-visits or corrections are needed
  • Follow-up with Category Advisor if re-ships/cards need to be ordered
  • Ensure deliveries arrive in stores
  • Coordinate re-visits to ensure stores, signage, hooks and cards are POGed in stores
  • Monitor sales improvements

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum Junior or Senior in business program at local Nashville area college
  • Must be able to work 20 hours per week year-round
