- Establish Product Management best practices across Financial Services Products

- Develop and manage product roadmap, additional features and enhancements 

- Work with marketing to manage product go-to-market strategies and overall product success in various market places




 7-10 years minimum leading payment based product teams

7-10 years of experience working in the payments space

Solid understanding of the prepaid market place

Ability to lead across technical and business teams

Solid understanding of product management best practices and the ability to drive product management best practices througout the organization. 

Ability to communicate at all org levels

Ability to interact effectively with customers and partners

Ability to hire and manage team members
