About This Opportunity

The Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Specialist is responsible for timely delivery of all SMM and marketing equipment and collateral - all while maintaining accurate inventory levels in the company ERP system. In addition, the position will provide back-up responsibility for SSM equipment repair and technical hardware/software case management.

Leveraging an infinitely scalable server, we manage more than 9 million transactions a month and our solutions are designed for consumers who primarily use cash. We offer bill payment options for service providers, utilities and wireless carriers.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Receive purchase orders into ERP system
  • Maintain accurate logs of all equipment shipped/received
  • Transact inventory in financial software as it moves through various stages in the supply chain (sales, transfers, adjustments)
  • Monthly cycle counts (both in-house and offsite)
  • Weekly maintenance visits to warehouse
  • Monitor inventory levels for reordering purposes (ATM equipment, company administrative supplies, advertising materials, online marketplace inventory)
  • General administrative tasks – as needed (moving furniture, helping administrative assistant with company gatherings/functions, prepping freight shipments)
  • Monitoring and Reordering logistics supplies
  • Maintaining and updating fixed asset table
  • Create purchase orders and inventory reports in the absence of supply chain manager
  • Act as primary backup for shipping and receiving coordinator
  • Scheduling freight shipments with 3PL partner
  • Periodic meetings with business development to stay abreast of any new promotions or initiatives
  • Prep packages for shipment
  • Receive shipments
  • Provide SSM hardware bench repair and hardware refurbishment at the Sunrise warehouse at least once per week
  • Provided SSM technical troubleshooting and analysis
  • Produce SSM reports on an as-needed basis

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience with logistics and procurement preferred
  • 1+ year experience with software troubleshooting and case management
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experienced using hand tools to repair computer hardware/peripherals and kiosk hardware
  • Experienced reviewing log files and software data to execute resolution plans
  • Ability to lift heavy kiosk hardware up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to travel between North Miami office and SSM warehouse in Sunrise, FL
