    The Information Security and Compliance Analyst II position in our Atlanta, GA office is a part of InComm’s Compliance organization. The selected candidate will assist in the implementation and administration of InComm’s Compliance Programs, including regulatory, contractual and corporate compliance, and policy adherence.  As well as assist in maintaining security and privacy compliance throughout the company. These duties include the gathering of evidence to determine compliance in respect to corporate, client and regulatory governance.

    • Continually assesses activities and controls enacted to secure information. Assess gaps in security and identify solutions to mitigate risk, including business processes, technical controls, and policy improvements.
    • Helps gather testing evidence for external and internal audits. This includes preparing for SOC 2 or other compliance audits. Evidence will be gathered on a monthly, quarterly, ad hoc and annual basis.
    • Assists in the review of client contracts and inquiries from a security, privacy and compliance point of view
    • Assist in the development of security policies, plans, and procedures to meet government regulations and industry best practices
    • Assists with the enforcement of policy guidelines



    • 5 or more years’ experience in Compliance, Security, or related industry
    • Must hold CISA, CompTIA Security+ certification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred
    • Broad technical knowledge of information security and compliance principles and processes is preferred
    • General understanding of computer networks, hardware, databases, applications, security components, computer operations, and operating system maintenance
    • Must demonstrate initiative and ability to drive results with little oversight
    • Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and consistent follow-through in all efforts
    • Must be able to communicate and facilitate meetings with technical and non-technical leaders
    • Possesses the relationship skills necessary to work effectively in a large corporate environment
    • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC 2 and ISO27001 is preferred
