    About This Opportunity

    The Program Manager, Compliance position will be part of InComm’s Compliance team.  The selected candidate will oversee the implementation and governance of InComm’s Compliance Programs, including regulatory, contractual and corporate compliance, and policy adherence. This role will work cooperatively with IT, legal, audit and information security to ensure Compliance requirements and internal controls align with in scope requirements. The IT Compliance Program Manager should have strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and compliance. This role will be a key contact and trusted advisor to ensure compliance and security standards are met.


    •  Oversees the development of and manages the performance of periodic compliance risk assessments to include analysis, mitigation recommendations, and corrective action plans.
    • Develop and oversee control systems to address potential violations of legal, regulatory and internal guidelines and requirements. 
    • Executes compliance risk management activities in accordance with enterprise compliance standards. 
    • Researches regulatory compliance requirements and develops enhancements/resolutions as necessary. 
    • Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends
    • Creates and updates status reports of program initiatives, activities, and compliance issues to management and committees. 
    • Develops and maintains metrics reports related to quarterly Compliance Risk presentations, and related Compliance Management Reports. 
    • Provides ongoing reporting on compliance activities Performs other duties as assigned and/or participates in special projects in order to support InComm’s mission.


    • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in compliance, security or related industry
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred or equivalent work experience 
    • PMP, CISM, CISA, CISSP or equivalent certification preferred
    • Knowledge and understanding of PCI, HIPAA/HiTrust, SSAE. Preferred: Knowledge of GLBA, GDPR, CCPA
    • Experience with a broad range of IT and Information Security products and technologies such as identity and access management, vulnerability management, encryption key management, logging and application security
    • Knowledge with common security frameworks (NIST, SOC)
    • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, detail oriented and organized approach, excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
    • Knowledge of compliance best practices and knowledge in implementing programs for maintaining compliance for a highly regulated business environment
