    About This Opportunity

    InComm is currently seeking a BI Analyst I to join our Enterprise Data Management group.  This team is responsible for providing supporting and monitoring for the entire EDM division.  This will include the following:

    • Providing support for adhoc requests from data within InComm systems
    • Configuration of reports for the back office within Microsoft SSRS
    • Support for various reporting portals
    • Data analysis & research
    • Understand, create and maintain SQL queries

    Responsibilities

    The BI Analyst I role provides an essential service for analyzing Business Intelligence issues by fulfilling ad hoc data requests, researching issues and maintaining existing reports. They are also responsible for instructing and advising end-users on the execution and interpretation of reports. Additional responsibilities may include:

    • Running routine and ad hoc queries across multiple databases
    • Manipulating data with functions, macros or pivot tables
    • Modifying existing scripts/reports
    • Developing new scripts/reports
    • Overseeing operational movement of data throughout reporting environment
    • Interpreting technology needs through conversations with stakeholders

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related).
    • Knowledge of SQL (2 years minimum) and exposure to Microsoft Reporting (i.e. SSRS) technologies and tools.
    • Highly organized and productive, with strong prioritization abilities
    • Strong sense of teamwork and cross-disciplinary collaboration
    • Ability to adapt communication style, content, and format for varying circumstances and audiences of all levels and functional areas
    • Ability to explain, with clarity and understanding, reporting functions and data tracking to a technically diverse audience
