    About This Opportunity

    The Systems Analyst III will suppost the Closed Loop Platform team. The position will be key in ensuring operational and process excellence of enterprise IT platforms. 


    • Analyze, monitor and support assigned platforms while driving customer satisfaction. This position is the focal point to the platforms ensuring operational and process excellence.
    • Acquire an intimate understanding of complex technical environments.
    • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all software and pro-actively address system issues that may have potential impact for the corporation.
    • Assist team with completion and maintenance of system generated tickets that need triage or first level resolution.
    • Help create and maintain documentation on the platform, such as platform details, playbooks, escalation procedures, including any other that becomes a necessity.
    • Creation of current state of system flow that will be used as an artifact for future development and troubleshooting
    • Engage in production deployment for coordination and verification as the owner of the platform.
    • Assist team members with Root cause analysis documentation.
    • Help make process improvements to the organization by identifying blocking and communications issues and systemic product and product issues.
    • Able to proactively address system issues that have potential impact for the corporation
    • Strong research, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
    • Support after hours coverage/escalation
    • Plan solutions and coordinate with development team
    • Provide design considerations and write technical requirements
    • Owner of platform and knowledgeable of all operational and maintenance activities up to monitoring the efforts


    • 6+ years of hands-on experience with networking, system integration and set-up
    • 6+ years hands-on experience developing SQL queries and reviewing SQL scripts
    • 6+ years hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Windows platforms
    • Bachelor’s Degree in computer related field or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Any other technical certifications a plus.
    • Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, Project, Visio and PowerPoint
    • Must possess decision-making, analytical and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure
    • Ability to handle and keep up with constant changes to products, policies, procedures and people
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are a must. Must be a team player.
    • Have experience in managing key accounts and be comfortable in communicating complex requirements both within and outside of the organization
    • Must be a fast learner, possess a dynamic personality and be adaptive to an ever changing and team focused environment
    • Be self-motivated, hardworking, outgoing, eager to learn
